Psychiatric Services
MTJ Psychiatric Services, Inc. Clinic Guidelines Hello, My name is Dr. Martin Johnson from MTJ Psychiatric Services and I am the child and adolescent psychiatrist for Darrington Academy. My clinic operates twice a month to provide diagnosis, treatment and medication management of mental health issues for the students at the school. I generally see students every 2 weeks to every month on Thursdays depending on the complexity of the case. My first visit with a new patient(initial evaluation) generally lasts around 50minutes and subsequent follow ups last 15- 20 minutes(Occasionally, 2 evaluation periods are needed if the case is particularly complex but this is not common). If there are any questions or concerns about your child’s treatment, feel free to contact me at 678-303-5208 on Mon-Wed, and Fridays. I generally return calls within 24 hours excluding weekends/holidays. I can also answer questions via email at mtjpsych@comcast.net. My fees are below. My practice is fee for service only(no insurance) but my billing company(Medical Account Management Solutions) will send you a complimentary insurance reimbursement form with each bill to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. After every patient encounter, MAMS will send a bill to your home address. If there is any billing question, MAMS can be contacted at 770-427-4800. A $300 dollar deposit is required for me to start any services. Any unused funds will be refunded when my services are no longer required. Initial Evaluation $215
